How to create a new electronic facility authority

Step 1

  • Log on and go to Admin then Maintenance requests
  • Click Add an electronic facility authority from the left-hand menu and use the drop down menu to select the Market Rate Loan you'd like to add the authority to. Click Next.

Step 2

  • Choose the arrangement holder type from the drop down menu and click Next

Step 3

  • Choose No on the next page if you'd like to create a new electronic facility authority for the arrangement
  • From the next page, choose Yes to add a new authoriser
  • Here are some instructions to add an existing electronic facility authority

Step 4

  • Choose who you'd like to make an authoriser from the drop down menu and click Next
  • From the next page, complete and check the authoriser's information. If they don't have a CBA account, you'll need to send us a signed certified copies form
  • Check all the information. Click Next

Step 5

  • See all authorisers on the Arrangement authorisers page. To add more, click Yes and Next
  • Confirm everything you've done from the next page

Step 6

  • Print forms from the confirmation page, sign them and send to us via email at bankfeed@cba.com.au or post:

  • Tick the box confirming you've saved or printed the maintenance request forms and click OK

How to copy an existing electronic facility authority

Step 1

  • Go to Admin then Maintenance Requests
  • Find Add an electronic facility authority, then use the drop down menu to choose the arrangement you would like to give authority to. Click Next
  • From the next page, choose the arrangement holder type, then Next

Step 2

  • To copy an existing electronic facility authority from another arrangement, choose Yes. Click Next
  • From the next page, choose an existing arrangement to copy the authority from and click Next

Step 3

  • The authorisers you'll copy over will be displayed. Delete or add new ones from here and click Next

Important things to know:

  • Adding or removing authorisers won't change the electronic facility authority you're copying over.

Step 4

  • After you've confirmed details on the confirmation page, print the forms you need , sign them and send to us via email at bankfeed@cba.com.au or post:

Editing an electronic facility authority

Step 1

  • Go to Admin then Maintenance Requests, then Edit an electronic facility authority
  • Click Edit next to the arrangement you'll edit
  • You can edit more than one arrangement at a time if they're the same kind and same holder type. Choose the arrangements to edit and go to Define authority

Step 2

  • Add, edit or remove authorisers for the arrangement(s) and click Apply authority
  • You'll then be taken back to the Arrangement summary pageClick Next.

Step 3

  • Details of the arrangement and edited list of authorisers will appear. You can modify details with the button or click Confirm

  • Print forms from the confirmation page, sign them and send to us via email at bankfeed@cba.com.au or post:
