Travel Money Card and Foreign Currency Accounts

Transfers to and from Travel Money Cards and Foreign Currency Accounts will be unavailable in NetBank and CommBank app between 11:00pm Saturday - 6:00am Sunday AEST.

You can still view your balance and transaction history, and all other transfers will continue to work as normal.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

Public holiday service availability

On public holidays, our branches and contact centres may be closed or have limited operating hours.

You can message us 24/7 in the CommBank app for any urgent queries. Simply tap on help and ask a question. Our virtual assistant Ceba will respond instantly or send your enquiry to a specialist. Message us now or learn more.

Payments scheduled over public holidays are processed on the next business day. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for funds to be received after processing.
