Planned maintenance

    We’re performing planned maintenance on Saturday, 20 September 2025 and some of our services will be limited or unavailable from approximately 12:00am-9:00am AEST.

    • Some CommBank app features will be limited or unavailable, including payments and transfers.
    • NetBank and over the phone banking will be unavailable.
    • Scheduled payments from CommBank accounts, and payments to CommBank accounts from other banks will be processed after the maintenance window.
    • Debit cards can be used to pay in-store, online and at ATMs; however, lower limits may apply to purchases and withdrawals.
    • Credit cards can be used to pay as normal.
    • Travel Money cards can be used to pay and withdraw money, but can’t be topped up from a CommBank account.
    • International money transfers will be unavailable.


    For Business and Merchant customers:

    • CommBiz and CommBiz Mobile will be unavailable.
    • Merchant EFTPOS terminals and online payments will be available; however, lower limits may apply to CommBank debit cards when using these platforms.
    • Scheduled payments and merchant settlement payments will be processed after the maintenance window.
