We’re performing planned maintenance on Saturday, 20 September 2025 and some of our services will be limited or unavailable from approximately 12:00am-9:00am AEST.
- Some CommBank app features will be limited or unavailable, including payments and transfers.
- NetBank and over the phone banking will be unavailable.
- Scheduled payments from CommBank accounts, and payments to CommBank accounts from other banks will be processed after the maintenance window.
- Debit cards can be used to pay in-store, online and at ATMs; however, lower limits may apply to purchases and withdrawals.
- Credit cards can be used to pay as normal.
- Travel Money cards can be used to pay and withdraw money, but can’t be topped up from a CommBank account.
- International money transfers will be unavailable.
For Business and Merchant customers:- CommBiz and CommBiz Mobile will be unavailable.
- Merchant EFTPOS terminals and online payments will be available; however, lower limits may apply to CommBank debit cards when using these platforms.
- Scheduled payments and merchant settlement payments will be processed after the maintenance window.
Plan ahead- Make any transfers or bill payments ahead of the maintenance window.
