Some of our branch hours have changed

Some branches have shorter operating hours

Most of our branches are still open – until 5pm on Thursdays and 4pm on all other weekdays. Selected branches are also open:

  • 10am to 2pm on Saturdays for general banking enquiries and appointments
  • 5pm to 8pm on Thursdays for pre-booked home and business lending and financial planning appointments only

Branches in locked-down areas are open, but with shorter opening hours:

  • 9:30am to 3pm Monday to Friday (Greater Sydney and Metropolitan Melbourne)
  • 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday (LGAs of concern in Sydney)

Others have been temporarily closed

Some of our branches however are temporarily closed so our staff can help with the high volumes of calls we’re receiving, but you can still use ATMs at these branches. You can also still use the Bank@Post service at Australia Post for your day-to-day banking.

COVID-safe measures

Your health and safety is our priority – we’ve introduced COVID-safe measures to help keep you safe at our branches.

These include:

  • Floor markers for safe social-distancing
  • Perspex screens
  • Hand-sanitising stations
  • Capacity limits
  • QR code check-in
