Planned maintenance affecting World Debit Mastercard

On Friday 10 April 10:00pm-Sunday 12 April 2:00am (AEST), some World Debit Mastercard features in the CommBank app and NetBank will be limited or unavailable. This includes replacing cards, PIN setup, withdrawal limits, card locks and adding new cards to digital wallets. Between 7:30pm-8:00pm (AEST) only, lower limits may apply to payments and ATM withdrawals.

On public holidays, our branches and contact centres may be closed or have limited operating hours.

Payments scheduled over public holidays are processed on the next business day. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for funds to be received after processing.
