Planned maintenance affecting Platinum Debit Mastercard

On Friday 7 August 10:00pm-Saturday 8 August 10:30pm (AEST), some Platinum Debit Mastercard features in the CommBank app and NetBank will be limited or unavailable. This includes replacing cards, PIN setup, withdrawal limits, card locks and adding new cards to digital wallets.

Between 7:30pm-8:00pm (AEST) only, lower limits may apply to payments and ATM withdrawals.

Public holiday service availability

On public holidays, our branches and contact centres may be closed or have limited operating hours.

Payments scheduled over public holidays are processed on the next business day. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for funds to be received after processing.
