From Sunday 17 May, you can check your repayments
Log in to the CommBank app or NetBank and view your home loan transactions. If your repayments are increasing, you’ll see a message in your transaction listing showing the change and effective date. If your current direct debit doesn’t cover the new minimum required repayment, we’ll automatically increase it to the required amount.
Option to start paying your new repayment amount sooner
If your repayments are increasing and you’d prefer to start paying the new amount sooner, you can update your direct debit using the Change Repayment tool in the CommBank app or NetBank from Saturday 16 May. Starting earlier is optional and may help reduce the interest you pay over the life of your loan.
Estimate how your repayments may change
If you’d like to understand how your repayments might change, you can use our home loan repayments calculator, select 'input interest rate' and add the 0.25% p.a. increase to your current rate, then adjust the loan amount and term to match your situation.
