Unfortunately, you’ve missed the date to stay with paper statements. However, you can still change your account(s) statements and notices preference online by:
1. Log on to NetBank > go to Settings > Statement preferences > Select ’Paper’ for each account/s > Next > Confirm
2. Log on to the CommBank app > go to Accounts > Select account > Select Manage > Go down to Statement Preferences > Select ’Paper’ on account you want to move back to paper > Next > Confirm
