Susie Grehl

Executive General Manager - Wealth & Private

Susie Grehl is the Executive General Manager, Wealth & Private at CBA. Susie is responsible for managing CBA’s relationship with high net-worth individuals, as well as the wealth management business, including strategic third-party relationships to enhance the financial wellbeing of customers, businesses and the community. In her role, Susie works with senior leadership within CBA to enable the effective response to customers' evolving wealth needs. She is the Managing Director of the Commonwealth Private Ltd, a CBA subsidiary entity.

Susie is a senior executive with 15+ years’ experience in New York, Sydney and Melbourne. Prior to joining CBA, Susie was the Executive, Strategy & Transformation at NAB and has deep expertise in transformation, customer experience, digital and operations, while also having been a management consultant and Mergers & Acquisitions lawyer at top-tier firms.

Dylan Harrad-Chantler

General Manager – Commonwealth Private

Dylan joined Commonwealth Private in late 2023 as the General Manager for Commonwealth Private’s national Banking team and Network Support and Strategy function.

Dylan joins Commonwealth Private with more than two decades’ worth of experience leading customer-facing businesses, across multiple industries, to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and growth.

Throughout his career, Dylan has held various roles in the finance industry with Westpac, St. George Bank and BT Financial, spanning segments including Retail Banking, Home Finance, Private Banking and, most recently, Business Banking. Dylan’s experience also extends to the telecommunications industry where he led multiple distribution businesses.

Ben Smoker

General Manager - Private Wealth

Ben joined Commonwealth Private in early 2024 as the General Manager for Commonwealth Private’s Wealth and Advice team.

As the previous GM of CommSec’s Broking and Markets Team, Ben joined with more than 25 years’ experience in Financial Products and Services, spanning across a number of global and local financial institutions.

Prior to his tenure with CommBank, Ben held various roles from within the industry including Westpac Private Wealth / BT Private Wealth, Saxo Capital Market and Deutsche Bank. He has held senior roles managing equities sales-trading and wholesale desks for Citi, ABN AMRO, Royal Bank of Scotland and GAIN Capital / StoneX.
