About the trustee and fund

The Insurance in Superannuation Voluntary Code of Practice (the Code) applies to superannuation trustees. Colonial First State Investments Limited supports the Code and its objectives and have adopted the Code.
Since the Code started in July 2018, parts of the Code were superseded by changes to relevant legislation. In July 2021 the code owners made a decision to replace the Code with guidance.
