You can reload through NetBank from any CommBank account in real time.

Reload through BPAY from other financial institutions may take two to three business days to be processed. 

Remember, if you reload via BPAY and you have more than one currency on your card, the amount will be applied to the currency on your card that is highest in the currency order. For example, if you wish to load Canadian Dollars, you must change the currency order so Canadian Dollars is first. To check or change the order, simply log-on to NetBank or call the Travel Money Customer Service Centre on (+61) 1300 660 700.
