How do I switch to online statements?

As long as you’re registered for NetBank, you can easily switch to online statements. Here's how:

  1. Log on to NetBank (if you’re not registered, you can do that here)
  2. Go to the View accounts tab
  3. Select Statements, choose your home loan account and follow the steps
  4. Make sure your email address is updated.

If there are two borrowers on the loan, you will both need to be registered for NetBank and have a valid email address in NetBank to switch to online statements.

Can I switch back to paper statements?

If you decide you want to move back to paper statements you can follow these easy steps:

  • Log on to NetBank
  • Go to the View accounts tab
  • Select Statements and then choose your home loan account
  • Beside Receive my statements, select Paper (by mail) and Save
  • Also make sure you check if your postal details are correct and then click Confirm
