Can I stop receiving paper statements?

Yes, you can ask to stop receiving paper statements for most transaction and savings accounts, credit cards and  personal loan accounts. The statement is available to you in NetBank, and we’ll send you an email to let you know when they are available.

To stop receiving paper statements now, simply follow these steps:

  • Log on to NetBank
  • Go to the 'More' tab
  • Select 'Statement preferences' and follow steps
  • If you're not registered for NetBank and would like to see your statements online, register now.
