How do I update my contact details in NetBank?

Log on to NetBank to update your Australian address and landline phone number:

  1. Select More > Profile and Preferences > My contact details
  2. You'll be asked to get your NetCode (it will be sent to your phone), enter the code in NetBank and hit Next
  3. Update your details and Save changes.
  4. Review your update and Confirm. The update will happen immediately and we’ll send a message to your NetBank inbox with the details.  

Tip - If you live in an apartment or unit do not include symbols in your address, enter it like this:


For security reasons, you cannot update:

  • A Mobile number
  • An Overseas address.

To change either of these call us at any time on 13 2221 (option 4), or you can drop into your nearest branch.
