How do I activate my Travel Money Card?

You only need to activate your Travel Money Card if you purchased it via NetBank or if it is a replacement card. If you purchased your card in a CommBank branch, your card will be automatically activated, within 3 hours.

To activate your cards in NetBank:

  1. Log on to NetBank
  2. Hover over More and go to Manage my accounts
  3. Select Activate my Travel Money Card under Card maintenance.

You can activate your Travel Money Card online via NetBank or by calling the Travel Money Card Customer Service Centre, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
