Australian mobile number in the CommBank app

    1. Log on to the CommBank app
    2. Tap the help icon in the top right corner
    3. Tap ‘Message us’ to start a conversation
    4. Use the prompt ‘Change mobile number’
    5. Follow Ceba’s prompts to change your number

    If you have PayID set up to your old number, make sure you update those details in the app too.

Other contact details in the CommBank app

  • You can change your Australian address, landline phone number or email address in the app.

    1. Log on to the CommBank app
    2. Tap the Profile icon in the top left corner
    3. Select ‘Personal details’
    4. Enter your app PIN (if logged on with biometrics)

    Update your details and click Save.

Other contact details in NetBank

  • You can change your Australian address, landline phone number or email address in NetBank.

    1. Log on to NetBank
    2. Go to Settings and select My contact details under the Profile column
    3. We’ll send you a NetCode to your phone
    4. Enter the code in NetBank and hit Next
    5. Update your details and Save changes. The update will happen immediately and we’ll send a message to your NetBank inbox with the details

    Tip - If you live in an apartment or unit do not include symbols in your address, enter it like this: UNIT 123 456 SMITH ST

Change your international mobile number and overseas address

    • Your international mobile number
    • Your international address

    If you’re calling from overseas on a mobile, standard roaming charges may apply. To avoid roaming charges, call the international operator in the country you’re in from a landline and give them our reverse charges number +61 2 9999 3283.
