The NSW Digital Skills and Workforce Compact is a nation-leading partnership between the NSW Government, the digital industry, and the education and training sectors. It uses a collective impact approach to address projected digital workforce shortages in NSW.

Victoria has since launched its own Victorian Digital Skills Compact, and the NSW model is now serving as a reference point for other states and territories.
