Yes, the Business Platinum Awards credit card is a personal liability credit card. You are responsible for all amounts charged to the card, including any amounts charged by an additional cardholder.
Follow these steps to activate your card in NetBank or the CommBank app.
Customers can currently access CommBank Yello in the CommBank app by tapping 'CBA Yello'. To get the full CommBank Yello experience (such as viewing your Points balance, Tier, and available perks), update to the latest version of the CommBank app.
From 1 October 2026, some customers will also be able to access a limited CommBank Yello experience in NetBank. Access in NetBank will be progressively rolled out from this time, however, access to perks, offers, and other features will only be available in the latest version of the CommBank app. You will continue to earn CommBank Yello points on your eligible products.
