• To search for a transaction

    • Go to Payables > Transaction Group Status List
    • Select a date range or a specific Processing Date click Search
      To search by amount, transaction type or description, select Show Advanced Search > Search
    • SelecTransaction ID from the search results to see the transaction details
  • If you can’t find the transaction you’re looking for:

    • Search all date ranges as it may have been entered with the wrong date
    • Speak to the User who created the payment, they may have forgotten to press ‘Confirm’ – if so, you’ll need to resubmit the transaction
    • You may not have permission to view transactions for an account. Check with your CommBiz Administrator if you’re an Authoriser on the account.

  • If I close my account will I still have access to Transaction History and Balance History?

    Yes, until the account is removed from your Service.
