Speak to your Administrator, they may be able to unsuspend your profile:

  1. Go to Admin > User Profile
  2. Find the User and click on their User ID
  3. Click Activate next to the User Status

If your profiles status is suspended by bank user, we may have suspended if

  • You shared your log on details with others
  • There are no Administrators on your Service (eg your only Administrator leaves)
  • We detected suspicious activity
