Preparing for your Merchant Upgrade
We’re upgrading our merchant technology platform and to support your Merchant upgrade, we need a few details about your current setup.
Why we need your information
If you use an EFTPOS terminal, we need to understand how you take payments today. This helps us determine future compatibility, identify whether updates are needed, and confirm the right upgrade pathway for your transition.
We’ll also ask for your IT or onsite manager’s contact details so we can coordinate the upgrade and minimise disruption to your business.
