CommWeb, PowerBoard and BPOINT customers will be moved to the Connected Payments platform. We’ll be in touch to explain the changes and guide you through the setup to minimise disruption to your business. 

CommBank Connected Payments will be available to new customers later in 2026 subject to applicable terms and conditions and eligibility criteria.

Developer resources, including technical documentation and integration information, are available on the CommBank Connected Payments Developer Hub.

We’re working with our integration partners including ISVs, ERPs, alternative payment methods and plugins to integrate with CommBank Connected Payments.

As integrations become available, customers will be able to move to the new CommBank Connect Payments once launched, subject to applicable terms and conditions and eligibility criteria.
