How to access the CommBank Home Hub

    • Log on to the CommBank app
    • Search for ‘Home Hub’
    • You can also access Home Hub through the CommBank app’s dashboard screen
    • Tip: add Home Hub to your home screen when prompted, or add it later from your Favourites list for one-click access
  • If you’re new to the CommBank app, you can download it from the App Store or Google Play. Then, use your NetBank client number to register.

    If you're a new CBA customer who's received conditional pre-approval or conditional eligibility, you will need to have your ID verified in person in order to register for NetBank and the CommBank app.
