You’ll need to activate and choose a PIN for your new card before you can use it.
It’s quick and easy to do this in NetBank. Simply:
- Go to More > Manage my accounts (you’ll need to log on)
- Then just select the most relevant link under Card activation.
Once you’ve activated your card and chosen a PIN for it, you can change your PIN in NetBank at any time and it will be ready to use immediately (if you’re registered for NetCode SMS).
Alternatively, you can activate and choose (or change) a PIN through the CommBank app, in branch or by calling us on 13 2221 at any time.
