I’ve submitted my documents

Print & Sign

Due to varying government regulations, we may still need some documents to be signed on paper and witnessed in person.*

Copy

If you haven’t done so, you should download, save or print the signed documents. Your documents will be available to download for 90 days. After the 90 days you’ll need to contact us for a copy.

Co-borrower

We’ll receive the completed documents once all co-borrowers have signed. Once we receive and accept the signed documents and all loan conditions are satisfied, we can fund your loan.

Loan account setup

If you selected your settlement accounts in NetBank during the loan account setup, you can make changes before the settlement date.
