Data from external property market companies is combined with data held by the Bank to produce an estimate of each property’s value, using factors such as comparable sales, local property price growth, property characteristics and distance to local amenities. The property values shown in Portfolio are automated estimates only and do not take into account the full range of factors that may affect an individual property’s value.
