The estimated value of your property is compiled from a number of sources and may differ from the value you’d get from a local agent or professional appraiser. The estimate assumes that the property is in average condition and may not take into account features unique to the property such as views or waterfront access.

A property’s price estimate depends on a wide range of factors that may or may not be taken into account in estimates obtained from other sources.  That’s why the estimated value of your property in Portfolio may differ from estimates you receive from other sources.

If you prefer, you can enter your own estimated value.
