My request to get BPAY View® bills online in NetBank and the CommBank app has been declined. Why?

- You may have already registered that biller for BPAY View® with CommBank or at another bank
- Another person named on the bill may have registered that biller for BPAY View with CommBank or another bank
- You may have made a mistake when confirming your details e.g. your Customer Reference Number (CRN).
How to fix this:
- Double-check you’ve not already added that biller - you can only register a biller once
- Try to add the biller again in NetBank or the CommBank app making sure what you tell us matches exactly what’s on your bill
- Ask the other person named on the bill, if they have already registered that biller for BPAY View
- Contact the biller directly so they can explain exactly what’s happened.
