Can I cancel a Pay someone via international mobile number?

If you have sent a Pay to International Mobile transfer using the CommBank app and it has not yet been collected by your recipient, you can cancel it in the CommBank app by selecting:
- Top left menu, then Uncollected by recipient. Select the payment that you want to cancel, then select Cancel payment, then Yes, cancel payment.
If your recipient has already collected the payment or if you sent a payment to a Pingit1 app user in the UK, you can submit a request for a payment cancellation or trace by:
- Completing an Completing an IMT investigations form in NetBank, or
- Calling our Direct Banking team on 13 222, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Note: You cannot amend a payment made to International Mobile.
