What happens if I go over my spending cap?

If you’re using your card to make a purchase in-store or online, your transaction will be declined and you’ll get an SMS to let you know. Transactions made in branch, over the phone, in NetBank or the CommBank app such as transfers to other accounts (including scheduled transfers), bill payments (including BPAY®), assisted cash withdrawals and recurring payments like direct debits won’t be declined.
