CommBank customers

You can ask our chatbot Ceba for answers on a range of day-to-day banking questions.

Ceba is often asked how to:

  • Activate a card and set a PIN
  • Check account balances

  • Set up automatic payments between accounts
  • Use Cardless Cash in the CommBank app
  • Check the status of an application
