Why did my online Debit Mastercard transaction get declined?

There could be a number of reasons why the payment was declined. A few could be: 

  • The website where you were using your card might be experiencing issues
  • You may have set a lock on your card with Lock, block, limit
  • Your Card number, CVC or expiry date may have been entered incorrectly

Check that you’re entering the right card details and try the transaction again on a different day and time. If your card is still being declined, call us any time on 13 2221.
