We’ll confirm the date your term deposit matures when your term deposit is first opened.

But you can see and manage your term deposit alongside your other accounts in NetBank at any time. So you never lose track of where your term deposit’s at.

We’ll send you a term deposit renewal notice roughly a week before it matures, not only as a reminder but to also explain what you can do next. You can also opt-in to get free alerts - either an email, SMS or a notification in NetBank.

We don’t send written renewal notices or alerts for term deposits that are fixed at a term of less than 14 days or when funds are in the holding facility though.
