Why was my superannuation benefit transferred to SuperTrace?

SuperTrace is an eligible rollover fund which accepts member benefits from other super funds for people classified as lost* or are no longer eligible for membership of that fund.

We’re not informed why you were transferred, to find this out please contact your previous fund.

If you’d like to speak to someone about your SuperTrace account, please call 1300 788 750 between 8.30am - 6pm, Monday - Friday (Sydney/Melbourne time), or on +61 2 8756 5545 if calling from outside Australia.

*Generally a member is considered to be lost when 2 pieces of correspondence are returned from the last known mailing address a fund has on file.
