How do I change my PIN for my Travel Money Card?

Go to NetBank or call the Travel Money Customer Service Centre on 1300 660 700 (or +61 2 9374 0609 when outside Australia) and follow the self-service instructions. You do not need to know your current PIN to change your PIN.

To change your PIN online you will need to:

  1. Log on to NetBank
  2. Go to the Account Information or Transactions tab and select Reset PIN or Change my PIN
  3. Then select the card that you wish to change the PIN on.

You must take all necessary precautions to ensure your PIN is not obvious or easily guessed. Remember that each Travel Money Card has its own PIN.
