A late payment fee of $20 may be charged on your home loan if we have not received your full monthly repayment on the due date or within the next 5 business days. The fee will continue to be charged until the outstanding amount is paid. You can avoid this fee by ensuring your monthly repayments are made by the due date each month, for example by scheduling your home loan repayment direct debit after your salary or pension is credited to your account and by regularly checking your transactions in NetBank.
