How do I register for a Telephone Banking password?

You can use your CommBank App PIN for Telephone Banking provided you call from a phone number linked to your account. Download the CommBank App

Alternatively, call 13 2221 24/7 and select Option 1 then 0  to set up a Telephone Banking password. Have your account details or card number ready. 

If we’re unable to identify you over the phone, we’ll ask you to change your password at a branch so we can be sure it’s you accessing your account.
