If you require any changes to or to cancel your order, please send American Express an email (by clicking on the link) or call 1300 133 289. Make sure you have your reference number handy.

To cancel an order
You can cancel an order at any time prior to collection, however your order of foreign cash will be repurchased at the prevailing buy exchange rate of the day which may result in a foreign exchange loss.

To change an order
Any changes to your order may impact the advised collection date.
