What if my Travel Money Card is lost or stolen?

You can place a block on one or both of your cards via NetBank until you are able to contact us. If you find your card(s) you are able to unblock your card(s) also:

  1. Log on to NetBank
  2. Go to Account information under the View accounts tab
  3. Select Lock card for one or both fo your cards.

Or, you can notify us immediately by calling the Travel Money Card Customer Service Centre, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

  • If you are in Australia, call us on 1300 660 700; or
  • If you are overseas, call us on +61 2 9374 0609 (call charges apply).

The lost or stolen card will be blocked, and you can continue to safely use your back-up card. If both cards are lost or stolen, we can arrange an Emergency Cash Advance to forward funds to you anywhere in the world via the MasterCard network. You may also request replacement cards to be sent to you. There is a fee for this service.
