How do I close an account from overseas?

If for whatever reason you would like to close an account you can call +61 132221 from overseas, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Alternatively, please mail a signed written request to the Branch Manager of the branch where you originally opened your account. In your written request, please provide the account details (BSB and account number) of the account you wish us to credit your remaining balance to (less any administration fee). For security reasons we cannot close your account from an email or faxed request.
