I’ve paid someone through the CommBank app. How will I know if the recipient has collected the payment ?

Uncollected payments will be listed in the ‘Uncollected by recipient’ section in the side menu of the app.

Once a payment has been collected it will be removed from the list, however you will not be notified that the payment has been collected.
