I’ve paid someone through the CommBank app. How long does it take for the recipient to receive the funds?

When a payment is collected, it may take up to three business days for the funds to be deposited into the recipient’s account depending on their financial institution.

Note: If a payment is made to the mobile number of a registered CommBank app user, it won’t need to be manually collected. Funds will be deposited directly into the recipient’s default deposit account within 1 business day.
