Funds are withdrawn from your account as soon as you make a payment with the CommBank app.

The recipient then has 14 calendar days to collect the payment.  If the payment isn't collected during this time, it will be returned to the account you sent the payment from.

Note: If a payment is made to the mobile number of a registered CommBank app user, it won't need to be manually collected. Funds will be deposited directly into the recipient’s default deposit account within 1 business day.
