I have the CommBank app and my phone or tablet has been lost or stolen. What do I do?

If you've set up Tap & Pay (using a supported device or CommBank PayTag), please call us immediately on 13 2221 so we can cancel the access.

If you haven't set up Tap & Pay, you can either go to Settings > Registrations on another device you're registered on to cancel your CommBank app registration, or call us on 13 2221.

The CommBank app is protected with either a four-digit PIN chosen by you during the registration process or by your NetBank password.  In addition to this, we also recommend you also use the Passcode Lock (iPhone) or Screen Lock (Android and Windows) feature on your phone or tablet.

You should never disclose your PIN or NetBank password to anyone.

As an additional security measure, you should also consider the options available if your phone or tablet is stolen or lost, such as the ability to remotely lock or wipe your phone using Appleā€™s iCloud service or a similar service available at Google Play or the Windows Phone Store.
