  • Debit card, credit card (excluding American Express cards), Keycard or Travel Money Card
  • Card PIN
  • Mobile phone

If you don’t have a card, it’s not activated yet or don’t know your PIN, give us a call so we can help you.


  1. Go to Retrieve your log on details
  2. Enter your Card number and Card PIN
  3. Click Get NetCode OR answer two of your security questions

  1. Log on to the CommBank app
  2. Tap  menu in the top left hand corner > then My details
  3. Tap NetBank client number
  4. Enter your CommBank app PIN
