Our commitment

We are committed to gender equality and our ongoing work to close the gender pay gap. Our Gender Equity Action Plan (GEAP) is a critical element of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy. The GEAP is data-driven and addresses systemic and cultural barriers to achieving gender equality and inclusion at all levels in CommBank.

Our focus is on achieving balanced representation at all levels through targeted actions supporting Recruitment, development, and retention includinggreater access to flexible work arrangements; challenging gender stereotypes in roles; and encouraging and supporting more women to pursue careers in technology and specialist roles.

  • Promoting respect and inclusion on days of significance
  • Supporting the Group  Diversity and Inclusion strategy and gender equity action plans, which includes partnering with community organisations and academic experts to inform our approach
