As a valued member of our team, you’ll discover how data can shape business decisions and create real impact.
Throughout the program, you’ll build your technical skills using tools like SQL Python, AWS, Sagemaker, Advanced Power BI, H2O.ai and Teradata. You’ll leverage standard model-development patterns such as H2O Superverse and Auto Insights, and create advanced visualisations. You’ll also explore how AI-powered data capabilities can streamline the way we work, enhance measurement and optimisation cycles, and boost efficiency.
By working with large and complex datasets, you’ll learn how to uncover insights that lead to meaningful outcomes for our customers.

Your rotations
Over your 12-18 -month program, you’ll take part in 2-3 rotations that will give you hands-on experience across different areas of the business. These rotations are designed to grow your business understanding and Advanced Analytics skills by immersing you in one of our Advanced Analytics teams across Retail Banking Services, Risk Management, Marketing and Corporate Affairs and Financial Services.
You’ll contribute to projects that anticipate customer and business needs, support strategic decision-makingand embed changes that drive sustainable performance uplift.
Your development & experience
Our program offers multiple professional development opportunities, commencing with an immersive Advanced Analytics Essentials Bootcamp, interactive in-person workshops, learning modules, training courses, and company-wide graduate conferences. You will explore key topics such as emotional intelligence, customer immersion, AI in action, stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
Additionally, you will have access to a large support network and community throughout the program, including a dedicated Program Manager, buddy and People Leader, ensuring you have the guidance and resources needed to succeed.
