Applications for our Graduate Program will open on 18 February 2025, with successful candidates starting the program in February 2026.
In a team responsible for developing, driving and executing our brand, products and services to our 17 million+ customers.
At the end of the program, you’ll have a diverse range of opportunities to further bring your creativity to life. You could find yourself in a role in Retail Marketing, Business Marketing, Brand Strategy and Communications, Social Media, Sponsorship, Market Research, Marketing Risk Management, Media or Events.
You’ll have the chance to be involved with promoting CommBank end-to-end. We’re a creative bunch and we’ll work with you to bring your ideas to life. You’ll work with world-renowned partners, including creative and media agencies, and experience cutting-edge marketing practices.
Your rotations
Our 18-month program allows you to experience working in four different teams across Marketing & Corporate Affairs.
Begin your journey with your first rotation in a product or segment marketing team. In your second rotation, you'll move into Brand Strategy, Brand Communications or Customer Strategy. In your third rotation, you’ll work in one of our Corporate Affairs teams before moving into your fourth and final rotation - a specialisation of your choice in a team such as Market Research, Customer Analytics or Social Media.
Your development & experience
The program includes professional development opportunities such as interactive masterclasses, training courses and Group wide graduate conferences. You’ll be exposed to topics such as emotional intelligence, resilience and stakeholder management.
We’re looking for people who have a passion for delivering world-class marketing. You’re a creative problem-solver with a focus on driving and achieving results, and you always have our customers at the front of your mind.
In a team that looks after the external communications, community & sustainability and government & industry affairs across the whole organisation. At the end of the Program, you’ll be set up for success to work across a range of roles within Marketing & Corporate Affairs.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. You’ll provide trusted insights and advice to support the Group in protecting our reputation and achieving our purpose.
Your rotations
During the 18 -month Program you’ll have three Corporate Affairs rotations and one Marketing rotation. This will give you holistic experience and an in-depth understanding of multiple areas across the broader Marketing and Corporate Affairs business. You’ll broaden your networks and gain further corporate communication and marketing experience.
