During our 18-month Program you'll complete three rotations. Your first rotation will be in Channel Support where you'll support our branch and call centre staff to deliver exceptional service to our customers. In your second rotation, you’ll work in Product, where you’ll get exposure to our home loans, personal loans, credit cards, and deposits or transaction products. For your third rotation you’ll work in a strategy team or a specialisation of your choice. Here you can explore areas that align most to your passions and future career plans.
You’ll have the opportunity to complete three unique Retail Banking Services (RBS) experiences outside of your rotations. This includes:
- Three weeks in our frontline branch and call centre team
- One week risk experience
- Five weeks learning design thinking methodologies to solve unique, real business problems
Your development & experience
Your Program includes multiple professional development opportunities, including interactive masterclasses, training courses and graduate conferences. You’ll be exposed to topics such as emotional intelligence, resilience and leading through change.
