Your rotations

Our structured 18-month program offers three tailored rotations across areas such as operational risk, compliance, , credit, cyber and technology and environmental and social risk.

These rotations are designed to give you broad exposure and practical experience in how risk management operates across the bank. You’ll build a deep understanding of how we identify and mitigate risk while enabling innovation and growth, all while developing your own expertise as a modern risk professional.
