Look closely enough and you’ll find gold within the information you’ve gathered. Analyse it for any patterns that emerge and use them to develop key insights into your customers’ behavior. Why do they do what they do? This will form the platform for your final week - creating ideas.

Unpack stories

Analyse, analyse, analyse. Why did customers say those things? How did they say them? Did their body language match their messages?
