Here's how to set up your business profile in the CommBank app: 

  1. Tap on the profile icon on the top left corner of your home screen
  2. Scroll to Settings, tap Set up business profile, then Set up now
    Note: You'll only see this if you're eligible.
  3. Name your business profile, then tap Next
  4. Select the accounts you'd like to include

Changes to your business profile in the CommBank app will not affect your business accounts or business contact details.

Frequently asked questions

To be eligible, you need to have access to business accounts or products in the CommBank app. Eligible accounts/products include a Business Transaction Account, merchant terminals or business loans.

You also need to have CommBank app version 5.0 and above on your phone.

Once your business profile is set up, you'll see an arrow next to your profile picture which lets you switch between business and personal profiles with a simple tap.

Yes, you can delete your business profile. Once the business profile is deleted, your business and personal accounts will no longer be separated.

To delete your business profile:

  • Tap on the profile icon on the top left corner of the screen while in your business profile 
  • Select Delete profile
  • Confirm by choosing Delete profile again

You'll have the option to set up a business profile again if you choose to.
